The Weekend Planning Package is perfect for someone who has done most of the planning, and is looking for some assistance with implementing the details for the Wedding day. PLUS, need help planning logistics and managing your pre wedding Welcome Party, Rehearsal Dinner or following day Brunch? This package has got you covered! Let me handle the logistics so the you don’t have to!

FROM THE TIME OF BOOKING
– Initial Phone Call to Discuss your Wedding
– Access to a Personal Client Portal
– A Detailed Wedding Questionnaire/Planning Guide to walk you through every step
– Vendor Recommendations
– Unlimited Contact via Phone, Email, and Text
6 WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING
– Phone meeting to finalize all of the details for the entire wedding day
– Creation of Detailed Timeline for Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception
– Assistance with Floor Plan Design
– Managing all your Vendors from this point on
– A Detailed PDF Rehearsal Guide
– Timeline Distribution to you, all your Vendors, and the Venue
THE WEDDING DAY
– On site all day (typically 2-4 hours before ceremony) with your lead coordinator (Tarah) and one assistant (Gordon)
– 6 hours of Event Coverage (Ceremony start to Reception end)**
– Complimentary Set-Up and Tear-Down Time (not counting against package hours)
– Manage the Set Up of all Decor Before the Wedding
– Vendor Management: Meet, Greet, Supervise, and Direct Vendors
– Coordination of Ceremony including Processional & Recessional
– Coordination of Cocktail and Dinner Hour
– Coordination of Entire Reception
– Line up Bridal Party for Grand Entrance to Reception
– Coordination of Entertainment
– Cue Announcements and Special Moments (cake cutting, toasts, etc.)
– Distribute Final Payments/Tips to Vendors
– Manage the Tear Down of all Decor after the Wedding
THE DAY BEFORE OR AFTER
– 4 Hour Event Management (Ex: Pre-Wedding Welcome Party, Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner, or Following Day Brunch)**
– Manage the Set Up of all Decor Before Event
– Manage the Tear Down of all Decor after the Event
– Complimentary Set-Up and Tear-Down Time (not counting against package hours)
– Vendor Management: Meet, Greet, Supervise, and Direct Vendors

**6 hours on Wedding Day (ceremony start to reception end) + 4 hour event (day before or after wedding) = 10 hours total. Add as many hours to the package as you want! It’s simply $200/hr, billable in 30 min segments.
